Interestingly, 10-15 years ago, this would have been considered decent weed. I live in a state where it's legal and I usually buy the cheapest stuff (like $90-100 USD for an ounce), and that's still better than the brick weed I would have gotten for $100 when I was in high school. Anyway, OP definitely has a smokeable stash, even if it's a little stemmy (which can't even be determined based on OPs photo).

I haven't smoked in over a year, it's a terrible habit, but all those strains are literally mids. G13 and Cinderella 99 were good strains 20 years ago.
