Do you want me to explain the concept of specialized labor?

I have neither the funds to do so nor the skills to see it done. Even if I did, I doubt I'd be suited to long term life in isolation.

Brit on 18k a year. To buy land here id need at least 50k. All i wanna do is have a self sufficient farm. No idea how to get to that point as im a dumbfuck. It isnt that easy when ya have no edumacati0n

Do you know what termites are faggot?

all land is owned and i don't have any money

Sustainable homesteading is the future, once neo tribalism evolves into ecofascism and there will be no turning back.

jews own all the land

..which they acquired through hard work and trading honestly..

I just inherited 7 acres. How do I make it sustainable/profitable?

Living at the family cabin since college got shut down. Drinking beer, shooting funs, and chopping down trees.

Do you know what ants are? Did you know that mohammed was the son of a whore AND a bottom? Answer me bitch!

Donate it to Judaism.

'spensive

What a cozy little dwelling. Where is it located?

Because I already live in one.

and the dark arts

LOL, good one, bong.

Because you own a house and a little bit of land

Plant edibles. Have solar panels. Consider a fish pound and farm animals.

you fucking shitting me?

Do you know what Western construction standards are, faggot?

I wish I could, maybe someday I will.

A-Frame houses are some of the easiest to build, and the cheapest.

same, best decision in the last 5 years was moving out of the city. strongly recommend it for anyone.

already have.

No such thing as a self-sufficient farm. You're working all the time to keep it sufficient.

But it really comes down to what you're farming.

A job is a job. It's something you do to get a little bit of extra money and maybe pay rent or taxes if you need to do so. A job is not a life.

Please don't listen to this tool.

if you have water source you can do a bunch of shit if you're dedicated. Dig a pond! make Bill Mollison proud, ya cunt

What would you recommend?

Depends where you are located on this arid continent.

meth

I wish I could, but I know that I will never have the means to do so. I'm going to die in this crummy little city I live in.

I've been using veggie oil with my stihl for about a year and it works real well. it's way cheaper and I buy by the gallon

The steeply sloped rope makes it better for areas with heavy snow.

I have. Next question?

>innawoods
>i fucking love guns man!!! communists want to take them away and tell us what we're allowed to wear and who we can have sex with. freedom.

Not shitting you, why?

Makes sense. I've heard homesteading's not very profitable though. Maybe a mix of sustainable crops and profitable crops would be best? Then I can reinvest the money back into the farm.

Do have a creek, will consider making a pond. Could I use it to water my crops or is that illegal?

They're just an easy design, easy build, easy maintenance (if any), and provides easy dividends (such as rain water straight off the roof and into the tanks. Only downsides are that the sort of compromise interior space and I guess they're not necessarily nice to look at.

Adelaide hills. We're in a valley so don't get sunlight all of the day. Olives and blackberries are our weeds. Also have a small creek.

That's what the internet is for. You can teach yourself anything on here. I properly diagnosed my plantar fibromatosis using fucking google before seeing the "educated" doctor who proceeded to misdiagnose it as a ganglion cyst.

5 years ago I knew nothing about electricity and magnetism.
Now I can read circuit diagrams and build transformers.

Just grow garlic and truffles if you can. Easy money.

Also depends on what you eat yourself.

>mixed crops
Makes sense, still consider it would all take place in a post-ap world.

Eat cheap. Cancel as many entertainment services as possible. Buy discount goods and second hand goods whenever possible. Don't go to restaurants or bars. Hold onto old phones longer. It's a lot easier control your expenses than your income. Use the extra money from controlling your expenses for savings. Save enough money for both your property and a good amount of surplus savings for an emergency. If possible, see if you can increase your income. Even a little bit helps.

Castor oil used to be the standard 2T oil back in the day. I've even heard of Italians and Greeks using olive oil for their Vespas.

Them is the queen's woods yank. Peasents like i 'ave no loisence.

watch for snakes, Oz...be careful where you step and put your hands...

Family members would be upset

>Being too retarded to be self-sufficient
Sorry to hear that asswiper you hired wasn't quite doing the job, but it's so hard to tell, you know?

Please stop posting pictures of my house.

Nice aesthetics but not fortified enough to deal with cannibals.

No but the kikes writing the zoning laws sure make it hard. I can get 60 acres of land with water rights for 40,000 bucks but I can't legally live on it.

I love me a good A-frame. Max comfy.

Creek is always good, I'd leave it as is. Check if you have underground water (as an auxiliary supply) because if you do then set up the windmill and have that on standby. Get water tanks for primary water use, the Made In Australia ones that don't poison your water.

Build a wood shed, or a bunch, and stock wood supplies. Each shed should be able to hold 1 years worth of wood.

Then think about what you might grow on the land.

And consider what sort of house you'd also build. I'll probably go with an a-frame to start with and not bother with hot water, might even just use one of those pissy little camp stoves for cooking, then my only obstacle is how I'll go about getting electricity.

Lucky fuck. Here the tax burden is so large that it's more efficient to diy unless it's something *really* specialized.

comfy af

Last time I went to my local forest I wanted to pick some mushrooms and some gypsies who were yelling in serbian came out of nowhere and started running after me. Thank god i was on a mountain bike.

What part of Romania?

I'd have to work 10 years saving everything to afford the price of land that boomers messed up years ago

>18k a year
you still have possibilities, albeit nothing as idyllic as an English village. a lot of Brits on a tight budget with the same dream as you have moved to Bulgaria. also, there are 2 episodes in Ben Fogle's New Lives in the Wild and Return to the Wild (the better one) where he visits two young Brits who bought a typical farmhouse (for Eastern Europe) in a Hungarian village, it might give you an idea of what is possible because they are poor as fuck. it's my dream too although I'm much closer to it financially. good fortunes, user

>What part of Romania?
Near the bulgarian border south of bucharest in giurgiu county like 500 kms away from serbia.
