More or less prepared. But due to growing up out in the boonies, I'm pretty sure I can improvise, just in case. Columbus far East Walleed's has been out of the sanitizer for 2 weeks. Didn't check the TP last time there, but they had an adequate amount last week. I'll stock a little more next week. Probably pick up some more rubbing alcohol, Vit C and fresh garlic for the long haul. So much dis-info out there, so it's hard to say how bad things will really get. Anywhere from nothing-burger to "First Seal - Pestilence", one third dead, end of the world. Just hate the fact I've been stuck in this shit hole for far too long.

I don't watch TV so as usual Yas Forums is my source for news--I had been planning one last run at for fresh veg tonight around 11. So fuck me if I didn't hear about the Ohio announcement on here. I went anyway-there were a few people in. The staff look knackered and they were busy restocking. The store had limits on paper towels and TP. All bleach was gone. I'd wanted to get a small bottle to keep in the bathroom and refill it from my larger ones--ha found one on the wrong shelf.

There was TP and paper towels left and water.

The things that were stripped I found odd. Onions! Apples, not a banana in the store. most of the meat, I buzzed down the canned aisle and apparently these folks are constipated all the time because plenty of canned veg and fruit left. Meat and onions--strange.
Antibiotics are no good for a virus. You only get those if you get pneumonia. Which you would likely get if you got wuflu. FIshmox is amoxicillin and I've no idea the dose. Once they caught on to people buying it for themselves they raised the price and sell it by the tub.

I fail on the hand sanitizer because I didn't go down that aisle. BUT some lady at the self checkout was asking if there was any by the register she could use after she used the touch screen and the poor checkout lady didn't even have any.

Just watching the few people I saw out--holy shit we are SO screwed. They're in there stocking up--for what? To die? Everyone of them mashing on the self checkouts and key pads and picking up stuff without wiping it off--not wearing gloves...honestly do they even have a clue?

OH I did not see any IOS or peroxide. I was hunting some vicks first defense for the nose holes but nothing.

I work at a grocery store and shit was crazy today. My head manager who has worked there his whole life and is in his 60s says he's never seen anything like it. Stuff is mostly well-stocked for now (aside from toilet paper and hand sanitizer/wipes) but we have been selling more than ever lately.
