You may want to start slower than that (say, 140 - 150) and work up to it.
But I'm a 5'10" and 140 lbs and I've been on long stretches of doing at least that much running every other day in 90+ Farenheit temperatures.
But anyway, yeah, cardio is pretty much supreme. Don't skimp on the weights and the protein! But cardio (long runs) will make you feel like a god going up and down stairs as though you're weightless. Being bright and alert as though you suddenly inserted a brain upgrade. You'll like the feeling and you'll like the results.

Keto my dude, went from 250 to 175 in 7 months, changed my life, actually became a fucking chad. Fasting works too, don't believe when they say it slows your metabolism and makes you save more fat, it doesn't. At my lowest weight i could sustain myself on 1200 calories a day. Don't ever stop it though, the consequences are catastrophic.

Used to be a chad at 150 and muscle, now 220 and still attractive to a degree but obviously larger. It depends on how you present yourself. If you act like a coward and dont initiate contact or have a good personality you come across as weird.

Im slowly losing my weight, i only gained it because of drinking. I fell for the marriage-pill so no more chad scenarios for me but still; be funny, talk first and (pretend) to listen to their problems and youll be a chad in no time. A little manipulation on a small scale also helps.

I'm above 300 pounds, and I want to lose weight so bad I'm willing to do anything.
But jewgle information is so convoluted and self-contradictory.

What I really need is a simple daily meal plan on the cheap. I don't care if it's the same thing every day I just need to know how much of what stuff to eat to lose weight.
I'm currently doing planks, pushups, crunches, and squats plus stretching before and after every day.

1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
Zero sugar. That means none. No soda at all (not even diet soda).
Drink water only.
Measure your calories-- if you don't know how many calories something has then go look it up.

That's it. That's all that really matters for diet. The pro body builders will think this is just dumb and simplistic. But you're a not a pro. You're not a body builder. You're just some guy. You're merely fighting the hardest battle you've ever fought. And you're going to win. You're not going to fuck around with fancy bullshit and nuanced rules. You're going to keep it simple and effective.

If you live in an apartment complex that has a gym then go to the gym at night after 10pm. There's usually nobody in there at that time.

Or you could get an exercise bike or eliptical or a treadmill used for pretty cheap and set it up in your living room.

1. 30 minutes at least. Each time either go farther or go faster than the day before.
2. Every other day. Without fail. Do not skip. Do not procrastinate.

I was above 300 and probably close to 340 for a good 15 years, from the time I was 25 until around 40. I'm 43 now and I'm down to 225 (I'm 5'11") so I still have a good 35-40lbs to lose but it's falling off quickly now and I bet I'll hit my goal weight in less than 6 months.

I can't stress this enough, the biggest obstacle you have to overcome is simply changing your habits. My worst habit was that I would restrict my calories and carbs and start to lose weight, but after 2 weeks or so I would binge like an asshole for 2 or 3 days and put that weight right back on and then some. I've yo-yo'd so many times it's pathetic. I'm not shitting you, I've probably fluctuated 20lbs in either direction a good 25 times over the years.

When I finally had enough a few years ago I didn't do any cardio or meal prep or even lift weights in the beginning, I just cut way back on the garbage I ate and started to eat healthier and drink a ton of water every day. It doesn't take long to feel the positive effects and to enter into a positive feedback loop where you stop feeling bloated and tired and like a worthless sack of shit and instead feel clear-headed and energized. Every day that you stick with it is a reminder that you actually DO have the will to change for the better. You start to feel your shirts hang off you a tiny bit more because you lost a 16th of an inch of fat and you use that to motivate you to lose more. Start small and just eat less, eat healthier, and do some simple calisthenics. Stick with it for 2 weeks and you will feel the difference. Then when you have more energy and are losing weight, move on to meal prep and heavier exercise and cardio.

The hardest thing by far is keeping yourself from falling back into your old habits, you will be tempted nonstop. Every single waking moment you have to remind yourself that being a fat fuck sucks ass and isn't what you want for yourself.

Food is the biggest hurdle. I quit soda years ago and drink only water but without a set simple meal plan my eating is chaos hence why I'm over 300 pounds. I want to do two meals a day, but nutrition is chickenscratch to me. The 1 gram of protein thing is something at least.

this is the only advice, even if a fatty diets, it's going to be almost impossible if their body doesn't start using its own fat. It can take up to 3 days of not eating at all just to trigger it fully. and that can be dangerous for fats because of diabeetus. Intermittent fasting does have similar benefits, but not eating is absolutely necessary for fats. otherwise they're just wasting their time.

I can't think like that. It's good it worked for you but the thing that worked for me in the past was knowing what I'm eating and when. If it's the same amount of the same stuff every day it made my life a breeze but of course then I was on starvation ketosis and it was untenable because the protein powder was too much for my family to afford - or so they told me.
I think they've sabotaged my efforts in the past. I'm Autistic and can get things done if I know what to do, but I've never been given significant support from either side of the family.

Run 30 mins a day. Doesn’t matter how fast, just make sure you keep running for 30 straight. At 300 lbs, the fat will start melting off in a week. Expect 20-30 lbs in a few months.
