1) The Girlfriend of my brother was literally sick for 3 weeks, she never got that ill, it was right after Christmas 2019, she had horrible Asthma going along with it

I've been watching survival stories of people who lived through the Spanish flu. One woman said her family was the only family in her town to not get sick, she said her father would put a little bit of baking soda in water and drink that every day. I started looking into the effects of baking soda and it really does seem to have antiviral properties, when it alkalizes your body it makes it harder for the virus to get purchase on other cells or some such. I'm no scientist but baking soda is cheap and it's benign in the amounts we're talking, like half a teaspoon in water once/twice a day.
Also might be a good idea to get a vitamin C supplement (before it's all gone) and get your C levels up too.
