I don't think so, for two reasons.
The first is simply that if it's bad enough to get to that point, people won't want to risk exposure to the virus enough to go out and mix with others anyway.
The second is that uniting to fight a common enemy has a way of banding people together. Even though we have been incredibly alienated and hostile lately, I remain hopeful that the human need for tribalism will help get us through. Kind of like after 9/11 when everybody was as patriotic as fuck.
I'm not saying it couldn't happen. You should have your preps and stock up on ammo. If you can get out of the cities, do it now. I'm just being optimistc.
