True. But if you hold the tremoring for a good period it definitely forces your body to relax. I just did it for about 15-20 min and my lower back pain is significantly reduced. Im sure the emotional trauma part is a natural response for people that just have a lot of tension and anxiety but up. This is a good way to get them to relax. Yes it works just do what the hippies do in the video I'm very skeptical but, theres different exercises if you google trauma release that are a bit quicker and instant like hugging yourself. There is some doctors that over it more thorough.
They do when they are anxious. This isn't a cure all for trauma it just helps reduce it.

This does actually work, made me shake/vibrate, kind of felt like sitting in a vibrating chair, did it twice..Felt good at the moment cant say I feel that much different afterwards but I suppose we will see. Its easy to do and doesnt take long. Just do a 3 minute squat against wall and then butterfly feet together and lift hips while laying on back for 30 seconds or a minute, flex butt, then relax, lay hips down, raise your knees up and should start shaking

Unironically it worked OP. I had to take my pants off because they were taking the stress off my leg muscles. You are basically tricking your muscles into thinking it's a high stress exercise but you can hold it indefinitely so your muscles shake like you can't hold the weight but gravity is what's keeping you in the position, so you shake your butt like a snake.
