bro, the NGOs are in hiding, they are scared shitless and many have left greece, a guy doxxed a few NGOs yesterday and I think that will only make them go even more into damage control
either way he would have to contact people BEFORE getting there to avoid problems
my biggest concern would be if he got beaten because the locals thought it was too weird to have a guy show up out of nowhere to help them and all alone, most people going there to help are going with a group so even if they dont find anyone to tag along they can patrol by themselves
I personally like planning stuff and organizing everything to avoid unpredictable stuff to happen or at least to reduce them because there will always be something weird you have not predicted

depending on how much greek mobile phone data costs/how the coverage is when im there, il post from location when i land. il take loads of photos and videos anyway just to share with my family and friends (and the local church who was welcoming this fucking invaders at the start of the year). im excited. all i have been able to think about since last sunday

also, I would suggest you talk to a few greeks here, Lesbro and others for example, I'm sure they'll be able to provide you a perspective that is waaaaay more realistic
