If you do not have a mask that exquisitely seals around your eyes, your mask is a essentially a placebo. Also, latex gloves are useless against infectious disease. You need nitrile gloves. If you attempt to remove your mask and eye cover with your bare hands, you will become infected. If you do not properly discard your mask and properly sanitize your eye cover after coming in contact with possible infectious disease, you will become infected.
