There's no reason to speak to you in earnest because you're too small minded to understand the nature of God. He exists and he is so far beyond your comprehension that it's laughable that you try to apply things like "logical fallacies" to him. You're trying to apply the very limited human perception and understanding to a being that doesn't give a shit what you think is and is not possible. Could he create a stone that's too heavy to lift? absolutely, and then he would lift it, and even after bearing witness to it you wouldn't understand it.
The closest comparison is when a parent tells their child, "because I said so" when pressed for an explanation. Is there any reason to explain your intentions to your child? would they even understand if you did? Do you feel as though you owe them an explanation? The world you exist in and the things you understand as an adult make your world incomprehensible to a child.
Shellfish are shit eaters and "the law" is general was the guide the low IQ at the time Jews to prosperity. Shellfish like a lot of the other dietary restriction were for health and hygiene reasons. These days it's not so big an issue (though I personally consider shellfish gross) due to modern food prep/equipment. By the time of Jesus and the law being odsolved humanity was supposed to have a greater judgment of right and wrong to make their own laws. The moral aspects of the law should still be followed yet the technical ones are not important on a spiritual level.
