This happens anywhere between 10% and 25% of all pregnancy.
I literally shit you not, the studies that exist general show about 20% of all pregnancies are paternity fraud, but some go as high as 1/3
ONE FUCKING 3rd.
Literally millions of men are raising children that are not theirs, countless children never meet their real fathers.
Its completely out of control. How can we change this? how can we make sure men arent being drained for resources that they shouldnt be spending.

This is not ok in any way. I wouldn‘t be happy if my husband wanted a paternity test, because it implies he doesn‘t 100% trust me to be loyal and honest but given those numbers i would understand. People undergoing medical genetic screening are given "the talk" at the consent stage of things, basically we allow the option of not disclosing extended results if either of the the parents opt out of doing so, which they may do anonymously at the later date by various methods. Everyone always laughs and rolls their eyes and says "nope, that won't apply to us!" and then 1 in 5 wives activate the opt out, usually very quickly, within 24hours in most cases.
It's extraordinary, really. There's not even demographic distinctions in the 20% these women come from all backgrounds and walks of life.
