Exercise, vitamins, less alcohol etc. Hopefully the survivors will have immunity. Once you have immunity you stop spreading the disease.
Sounds like to me there is no amount of prepping you can do to get out of this. We're all fucked for at least 3-6 months. China also has all of our medication and will start holding it hostage soon. This is really fucking bad bros. I was starting to get hopeful but we all just have to ride this out.

Masks are bullshit unless if worn for specific situations (if you're already infected, don't want to infect a patient's wounds, or avoiding a large splash of bodily fluids if working as a health professional). They aren't air tight and the virus can enter through the eyes.
