symptoms have not gone away. after looking through my timeline (you can see my previous posts under the same .jpgs) I've come to realize I might have been dealing with 2 infections at once. I'm waiting for the confirmation symptom to self diagnose and take the next steps.

Timeline:
Feb8th felt like I was coming down with something, continued for 2 weeks with a weird dry cough, nasal congestion that drained at night. sickness was 100% manageable and I went to work everyday. it def. got worse at night, I think because I was laying down.
end of second week, For 2 nights, I started to have shortness of breathe when I was laying down. felt like I couldn't catch a deep breathe, only short shallow breathing. never felt congested although at this point I was coughing up a little bit of green phlegm throughout the day. my internal body temp never got above 98.1

I visited medi center on Feb23rd after the shortness of breathe episode. Doc said given my sinus history, I was probably dealing with sinus infection. put me on 10 cycle of amoxi. I started it that night. by Monday mid day I felt 98% (during the sickness I was maybe 85%) again, completely manageable. Went through the 10 day cycle, no issues.

Finished on Wednesday last week, by friday I could feel it coming back in my nose and throat. I went back to medicenter on sunday March8th. different doc examined me, this time, took my temp twice during visit and diagnosed as sinusitis. gave me a methylrednisolone and doxycycline. I was to start the steroid immediately to lessen the symptoms and if they didn't get better within 48-72hrs, start the doxy. I did not start the steroid because of what it does to your body ( it basically kills your immune system so lessen inflamation). my symptoms aren't that bad so I took my alegraD for two days instead. completely manageable. Today March11th, I started the doxy. internal body temp currently 97.1

Everything from contact tracing and ordering home-quarantine, to decreasing movement of the population is thinkable.
This includes halting public transportation and lockdowns, as well as closing public institutions like schools, etc..

>Appeal to personal responsibility
Everyone is responsible to individually avoid infection:
Get informed, wash hands frequently, reduce contacts, no handshake, don't touch your face,
stay at home when sick, provide moral support for people in quarantine.

>Outcome
By slowing the spread and flattening the incline of total cases, the epidemic will be prolonged, but less intense.
During this, Germany would be able to provide efficient care for most, maybe even all cases.

>CONCLUSION
The epidemic in Germany will drag out for months to come, proper treatment for most cases is probable, but fatalities can not be avoided.
Measures to reduce contact between citizens are likely to be taken, measures to reduce movement of population may be taken.
Banning of large gatherings of all sorts is to be expected and lockdowns of certain areas might happen.
