Pretty sure fever is a given with this. I have the same thing it seems in New Hampshire. Sick as shit feeling for the last couple of days. Can barely eat and coughing a bit but no temperature. Probably the flu

It's sinusitis probably, of you don't have high fever or short breathe you are good. Sinusitis can last 3 months also

It's a very aggressive kind of pneumonia though if you can try to find some pics of the lungs pre and after them, it's very interesting, also you'll have a lot of troubles surviving round 2 if that happens.
