The 20% number is inaccurate based on "confirmed infections" in countrues where most of the infected population were not counted. Same with the 2-3% lethaloty numbers.

If any stat you read is about "confirmed infections" outside of South Korea, its not reliable.
As testing increases you will see those numbers fall to what South Korea is reporting.

I just looked up SARS and even if a vaccine was made for it it wouldn't be given out anyway. Vaccines can still cause health issues and fatalities especially from potent diseases. I don't know much about SRARS but with such a low fatality number why would a vaccine be necessary? Again it came from an exotic animal it's not really common.
