It's preternaturally infective, and has an HIV-like ability to hijack the immune system.
First off, Wu Flu is not "Covid-19" it's Sars-3. It is the same virus as SARS which emerged twenty years ago. But it has had its infectivity ramped up to 11 since then, and obviously escaped from a lab not a bat since it's a 20 year old virus that was contained and eradicated.
But for it to be a bioweapon it would also be more lethal. Wu Flu kills about 50% of boomers and about 12% of others which is pretty bad but not bioweapon level. As for the claims that it has magical properties like multiple stages of viral payloads that's just not how viruses work and if it took them 20 years to increase infectivity it's going to be a while before they can do virusmancy.

...so it looks like, when the outbreak started, someone had an "oh shit" moment and decided to (attempt to) cover their tracks by preemptively adding a virus with similar characteristics to the databank. The bottom line is, in November 2019 there were zero viruses (other than HIV) that had these sequences. Then the outbreak starts. Then the Chinese quickly add a virus. Then other researchers sequence the coronavirus and add it.

Doubt it. Many dangerous and modified viruses are studied in laboratories without the intent of making them into weapons. Viruses have escaped labs before but they've been quickly contained. I believe this is a case where a virus escaped a lab in Wuhan and wasn't contained early enough because they didn't realize what had happened.
