I certainly love and respect my father, but he never gave me any good PRACTICAL advice. After I moved out, I came to him a few times asking for guidance as he is a man that I respect and trust. I've asked him for his input and guidance in regard to society, interpersonal relationships, aimlessness, overcoming adversity, etc. I really wanted some poignant, hard-hitting Red Pill answers, but all I ever got was "just believe in God and pray". I was raised in a religious home, but I'd fallen away from it by the time I was 10 or 11. Even as an adult, I tried and tried to believe in God. I prayed daily, attended Church, but it never happened. I never had that overwhelming internal experience that devoutly faithful people often talk about. Whats more, I've never felt like God was something "missing" from my life.
It sounds awful to say, but I feel like online personalities like Jordan Peterson or Sam Hyde gave me more practical and useful advice than even my own father. This leads in to my main point: young men are becoming more susceptible to radical ideologies due to failures on the part of their fathers and the incredibly easy access they have to information and online communities via the internet.
