So I know someone who works at a major hospital laboratory in UK. They analyze thousands of blood samples a day, do various tests etc.

So few days ago a courier brought to the lab blood samples of COVID-19 positive patients, those samples were locked in protective capsules. The package came with a note that merely listed as a handling "procedure" to "use a full hazmat when handling the samples". There are no hazmat suits at the lab. Not even P95 masks. Just gloves and shitty masks that are mostly used when dealing with stool samples.

Let me repeat this, to let that sink in. If you think the healthcare professionals are going to stop it, then top fucking kek, at the core facilities they don't even have operating procedures or basic equipment to deal with COVID-19. The people at the lab were scared shitless, because literally wtf are they going to do with that?

Also, if you think the "doctors know about the situation". I know a partner-level doctor at a health facility in the UK. Today, few hours ago, that doctor said they don't even have extra gloves, no masks at all or protective eye equipment, also basically 0 information on the virus. They have to go online themselves and read up on it. Which basically means we Anons have as much access to info as medium-tier doctors in the UK.

It's an absolute mess. The labs don't know wtf to do with it. The doctors don't know wtf to do with it.
One can't help but wonder, if the Corona Chan hype first appeared in January at a global level, it means that Western healthcare had ~2 months to prepare for this shit. They are not prepared at all, even to the point where someone sends any info to the labs on how to handle this shit. They literally did 0 preparation for this, and days/weeks after Corona Chan has hit Europe the preparation is still at 0.
