we do, it's the best in the world if you can afford it or have health insurance to cover it. Many people don't/can't and are simply going without getting tested.

CDC will only travel to and help advise into more detail the areas that have serious infection risks and pose genuine harm to the general public.

For example, I live in Westchester County, New York. My county is now currently leading the country in corona cases, what we have done is as a state sent in the National Guard to a town/city in the southern part of the county as it has the most cases, here they will properly quarantine and give daily checks and distribute free gallons of Hand Sanitizer provided and made by the state.

CDC, the federal government, and the state of New York are all now working together in the greater NY area to fight the disease have estimated in 8-12 months time vaccines will be regularly distributed

Also, the virus shares the same factors that other viruses have when the retreat in the summer months, and its very possible (and most likely will be the case) that the virus will decrease drastically in cases.

what Im tryna say is, we have about 20 million people in the NYC tri state are every single day, to quarantine an area like this and to be forced to treat everyone completely free would mean complete halt in the economy and would be a devastating blow for us, millions of americans would go jobless. What exactly do you think testing does for you? There is NO specific treatment if you have Corona Virus. You are treated symptomatically and supportively as required, if needed at all. TESTING DOES SHIT FOR YOU AND DOES NOT MATTER. If you get tested today you can still get it in 3 weeks. Do you want to be "TESTED" everyday day forever? Keep calm and carry on asshole. We do have world class healthcare. But you have to pay for it. Trump is trying to make anything coronavirus related free, along with removing all income taxes for middle and low income people in the US to help alleviate any burden this may cause. I know I’ve said some negative things about him, particularly his stance on firearms, but he genuinely seems like he’s trying to help the common man with these actions and attempting to not panic the people by downplaying stuff a bit. Or he knows we’re all going to die and he’s just saying these things to make people /cozy/ in our final days.

The point is that America is suppressing cases of this virus to protect the economy and not protecting human lives.
