This is unnatural since we used to be able to just sit for hours and reflect, now we get anxious if there is no internet connection. 4) There will most likely also be so called "superpowers" (might come in cycles). You vision will be clear, you will become very assertive, intuitive and decisive you will attract women A LOT. Working out is the best example. I used to be a big fat fuck, and about once a year I would always tell myself that I was going to start going to the gym for like 2 hours, 4 times a week. It takes all of a week to get burnt out on that and fall back into old habits.

Eventually what I did was to just forget about the gym and "hard" exercise. I just started getting off my ass and walking more. After I while, I learned to enjoy my evening strolls through the park and along the harbor. So then I decided to make a rule that if a store/bar/restaurant/whatever I needed to go to was within a 1 mile radius, I would walk instead of taking my car. Eventually that one mile radius expanded to two miles, then three, eventually up to 5 miles. I started doing calisthenics at home because I was losing weight and no longer felt so defeated whenever I tried even a single push-up. Fast forward 2 years, and I now regularly work out at my own home gym that I've built up. I've lost about 100 pounds since I first started doing this, and bulked up on muscle.

That's how you make changes. Going cold-turkey only really works with addictive substances like nicotine and narcotics. For most lifestyle changes, the goal is slow but steady.
