Maybe you should examine your images prior to objecting to obvious fault and suggesting inaccuracy. You categorize information poorly.
Half masks can often use the same filters as full mask ones, so filtration would be similar. The plastic casing being available for some filters or cartridges is irrelevant to the type of the mask you use.
Your "level 1" masks are similarly not as poor as you suggest. "does not stop airborne infections" neither do others.
