Why bother? If you read who was really behind (((Imperialism))), it will make you go against it. More money is spent on keeping those countries running, while only the very few elite families benefit. Rothschilds were the biggest winners of Imperialism. That's how they have created their empire. Maybe there are other possible paths forward, but it’s hard to think of anything that would work for Africa other than this.
1) Genocide. Replace Africans with a high IQ population capable of civilization.
2) Genetic Engineering. Use technology to elevate them and their offspring and give them a chance at civilization. If they could be engineered to have a high IQ, they’d eventually be able to contribute to the world.
3) Time and Isolation and evolution. Leave Africa alone: totally. No gibs. No travel. Give them maybe 1,000 years and let them face hardships on their own to at least to try and evolve naturally into humans. There will be wars and mass deaths, but the survivors would hopefully be smarter people. Probably much more than 1,000 years is needed but it would be a start.
4) Resignation and acceptance. Basically just realize and accept that one continent is full of backwards people who are largely a drain on the world and virtually nothing can be done to improve them in any kind of reasonable time scale. Of course there will always be a few outliers who can contribute to civilization but they’ll be few and far between.

Why do you care though? Just let the nogs kill each other and let nature take it's course. Do you want more Masonic families to benefit from this? Globalisation isn't natural.
