Most Islamic immigrants aren't that religious these days and something tells me that immigration laws will be getting even stricter in the future. I don't really think that Turks or Moroccans will see a lot of improvement as far as social status goes. Everyone, including the native Dutch, fucked up during the integrarion process 1970s-2001 or lack there of I should say. It has led to what some have already described as a lost generation. Let's just hope that the 2010s kids will fare better. As far as live here goes it's quite good and certainly better than in Turkey. There is some racism, but opportunities are way higher and I'm so used to this country that I can't even see my self live in Belgium.
