They were already "forbidden" (but some politicians were still holding them anyways..). Now it's even more restricted - gyms, public places and whatnot are closed. One should only leave his residence for food, and important things, which can be anything. Cops can stop you and ask why and where you are going and you have to sign a piece of paper. Heard about some people being fined in Milan for being outside without a valid reason, but honestly outside cities no one will give a flying fuck and shit will go on as usual, minus most public spaces closed.
