SILVER. What is it doing?

To anyone here into Silver Bullion/stacking etc: What's happening with Silver? Even the Coronavirus doesn't make it budge. Gold is climbing but silver just sits there.

It's not used for anything, Gold is used in electronics.

silver is just gold's ugly cousin no one wants to fuck

Chinese industrial production is coming back online and everyone knows JPM holds a near monopoly on silver and uses paper futures to hold it down.

Waiting to moon to 50 for one day and then correct back to around 12/oz.

Silver is good at killing virus.

idiot fucking retard

Not true. Silver is even taxed while gold isn't.

What SHOULD silver be priced at if it wasn't suppressed?

Silver - gold ratio was at 100 - 1 yesterday, highest in history. You just sell those bags and kill yourself when it corrects.

*Chinese Coronavirus

$75-$100

Silver is straight trash...dump it now or else

Chinese Corona Virus

Silver is used in a shit ton of things
Gold by comparison is a worthless shiny rock given value cause we like shiny things

Most reflective metal and its going to be the first element to go extinct from overuse in electronics

And the price still wont budge

Plasma monitors have about 3 ounces of silver in them, LEDs are about 1. A tomahawk missile has about 35 pounds of silver in it, and when it blows up that shit is gone.

Lol kind of nice compared with the other ponzi schemes
I expect all the metals will go down if we ever get the reigns off mining in Antarctica

silver has a very low resistivity. It is used for a lot of things. large industrial electrical contacts (copper bar electroplated with silver) for example. gold is also used for contacts, but that is because it is quite soft and only requires a small amount of force to make a low-resistance join, so it is ideal for shit like your graphics card and headphone jacks
>resisitivity from the lowest:
>silver
>copper
>aluminium
>gold

these top 4 are the kind of holy grail of conductors, and selection out of the 4 is mainly based on metallurgical differences. (aluminium is lightweight, cheap, and good for aerial conductors, but work hardens and is stiff. copper is very ductile and doesn't work harden much, so it ends up used as a conductor most of the time. silver is too expensive for people to run cables with but has the lowest resisitivity, gold is very corrosion resistant and soft but very expensive and heavy... you get the idea.)

>he thinks theyll ever let that happen
From environmental concerns to affecting peoples shekels theyre never gonna mine in Antarctica unless the planet heats up a considerable amount and we start living there

>35 lbs of silver in a missile
what the fuck, why?

>What is it doing?
Same as its been doing for the past 10 years
Being suppressed by JP Morgan commodities desk in the city of London
Formerly by Blythe Masters herself, she went on to subvert crypto, idk who's running the show on it now
Don't worry
When the manipulation ends it will moon so hard 50$ will look cheap
>What SHOULD silver be priced at if it wasn't suppressed?
Classically the gold to silver price ratio shifted between 1:24-1:16
In recent history its been a bit near more 1:40
Currently its near 1:100
This is unnatural and totally out of wack
The reason for the ratio being what it has in the past was it was a reflection for how many ounces of silver came out of the ground vs how many ounces of gold
Currently there's only 10 oz of silver coming out of the ground for every oz of gold
A huge %, depending on who's #s you go off up to 50%, is used up for industrial applications

TLDR
The unsupressed silver price should currently be ~1/10th of gold's price
The unsupressed gold price is probably 5k, maybe higher

to enrich military-zog complex

>tfw you will never get to hear about the literal mountain of gold
Not fair

when do you think the prices will be corrected?

because it's literally the best conductor, you fuck

When will the manipulation end though?

Attached: 458A1E2F-818A-4AC6-BEAB-A3472BB3CC70.jpg (1024x576, 38.04K)

Because silver isnt that valuable, only dorks think it is

There was 150 pounds in Little Boy, the facility they used to enrich the uranium for the thing had 65 tons of silver in the magnet windings. The control rods in nuclear reactors are all 80% silver.

I guess thats because its not a very reactive metal

when the market finishes imploding

Nothing is valuable but water and grain
Doesnt stop us from putting stupid shit on pedestals

When the 1.4 Quadrillion (no I'm not making up #s) derivatives bubble blows up
They won't be able to keep up the manipulation anymore
We might be in the process of witnessing that, but idk
Don't want to speak too soon
DB will probably go first, then morgan stanley, then the rest of them
If you have $ in the market get the fuck out now
Purchase in this order
Rifle (5.56) with quality optic (I like acog)
Pack with shit you'd need to survive for some time innawoods if needed
^don't buy 18 knives 2 axes and 5 shovels, think more primitive camping, not a larp pack
Silver, Gold (specifically valcambi bars), crypto

>dorks will pay money for it
this is what makes a thing valuable. it has value attributed to it, because 'dorks' want to make shit out of it.
shit that runs stuff like electricity generation and telecommunications.
>resources aren't valuable
you are a simp

Not this century

will down.
in modern industry, more than half silver is used for solar battery. the pertrol falling down will damage solar battery industry(i am an metallugy engineer.)

>haha buy a gun haha an economic downturn will turn everyone into a mindless savage haha

Wow look at all the (You's) You done hook

>$75-$100

Is that per Troy Ounce?

It’s used for many things including medical devices, supplies and solar panels

Cell phones, digital cameras...

Because the US govt got tired of losing special forces when hunting vampires. Now they just throw a missile into the coffin.

JP Morgan owns most of the worlds silver after the 2011 debacle with their shorts costing them so many billions. Now they’re shorting it while covered to keep prices low as they buy more and more.

Buy low sell high. What else is there to know if you want to fancy yourself a trader?

>Most reflective metal and its going to be the first element to go extinct from overuse in electronics

All cellphones and flat televisions/computer screens require a shit-ton of silver. We consume it at a rate that is 16x faster than the speed of mining it. Why is it still so low? Surely we must be close to using it all up since it's a surface metal (unlike gold), has more uses and has no new locations for extraction.

Whos troy?

Christ, it's a good thing none of you manage money.

Silver isnt rare like gold. Its meme material with cornered production like diamonds to pump the price up.

You either go gold or bitcoin. Not silver.

It has anti freeze elements in it, so its used in aircraft instruments, electronics, missiles, solar panels, mobile phones.

The price is kept low, so you dont have to pay $20,000 for your ipad.

>Calls something a meme while pushing bitcoin

lol

Cause its manipulated to hell by JP Morgan

Any good starting point for silver investing?

>Gold is a good long term investme----

Attached: Dow vs Gold.png (794x570, 35.53K)

JP Morgan has been artificially manipulating the price as they hold half the worlds supply of silver.

Buy silver online and theyll mail it to you
Its not fucking hard

Attached: 9D5A1407-A75D-4BEA-9AED-A0D4301BC0B6.jpg (229x220, 6.44K)

It's being manipulated is what it's doing, you know things are afoot when gold is going up and silver down at the same time.

Idiots buy gold to store assets, we're in the panic stage. Silver is better for actually buying things in a collapse economy though. Hard to trade $20 of gold for food but you can sure trade $20 of silver.

>haha buy a gun haha an economic downturn will turn everyone into a mindless savage haha
We might be looking at the early stages of systemic breakdown
We don't know yet
If you don't have a rifle at this point idk what to tell you
Shits never looked worse and ARs have never been cheaper, you have to have an iq of potato to not have one in the US
Now looks like how the USSR handled Chernobyl
We are not a mostly homogeneous population like Eastern Europe
We do not have the same sense of social cohesion or communal togetherness that they did
Most of you don't even know your neighbors names
If the derivatives bubble blows, kiss the federal reserve note goodbye
When the gibs run out nogs will riot in every city in the US
When the prescription meds run out 1/5th of white people are going to lose their shit
When the meth heads cant get more shit to make their meth even more shit will go down
It will not be mad max, it also won't be safe
Buy a rifle to protect your silver
If I had to pick silver or gun I'd pick a gun any day of the week
I happen to have both
Ammo will be a currency in it of itself
Hope to god you're in a rural location or have family/friends that have a rural place

So what you are saying that we should ditch oil and gold and just base our currency around silver? Is this the ultimate silverpill?

>in modern industry, more than half silver is used for solar battery. the pertrol falling down will damage solar battery industry(i am an metallugy engineer.)

How will the petroleum price falling affect solar batteries? (Genuinely curious). I have read that all modern solar panels use a LOT of silver.

yes, sir. most silver is destroyed after it's mined. It's put into things that go in the trash, or blown the fuck up, or turned radio active. Most, like 90%, of the gold ever mined is still sitting someplace. Silver is mostly a by product of gold mining, btw. There are very few silver mines.

Shut it down, blue tinged fellow

>Any good starting point for silver investing?
Great thing about silver is you can buy small amounts
You don't have to go in balls deep
You can do as the other user suggested and buy online and get it mailed to you
I suggest buying cash in person at a local coin/jewelry store unless you're buying more than a few thousand worth
Even then nothings stopping you from buying cash
Keep it under 9k at a time

Way way low ball. gold and silver not suppressed would both be several k.
