Mensa's test isn't awful in accuracy, but it is nowhere near the level of, say, WAIS. It is possible you would do better on a properly normed test conducted, but it's likely you would much worse. If you are interested in your IQ, i suggest Raven's Advanced Progressive Matrices. It's language and culture fair.

That graph is to show that the test in question (Raven's) has no internal bias. It doesn't show the large difference in performance found even after the Black college students in one study were coached for a second attempt on the test. You can also see an average difference on that graph if you use your eyes.

The genetic argument is a strong one, but I think it can be negated if you reinstate mandatory civil service. Expand the definition to not only include military service, but still require jobs work that ultimately requires some degree of sacrifice for the greater good of your country. Some examples would be
