Mild case though with a couple of flare-ups leading to hospitalizations, but overmedicated and go to a hospital for outpatient treatment where it's probably going to be impossible to ever lower this stuff. Reduced SSI @ $550 a month. Had ideas of reference that I was remotely being tortured following some social media posting during SOPA/PIPA (and some other personal shit intertwined), that was the worst of it, now just paranoid around people.

I go to a good mental hospital but it's heavily funded through Medicaid so you get a rotating staff with fixed wages using it as a spring board, I think I'll be on my 5th psychiatrist there soon.

I take a quite light treatment, 100 mg Solian (Amisulpride) and it's quite efficient, I was under other treatments before but it was worse and quit everything entirely because one psychiatrist told me I was not schizo... Good job monsieur. As for my hospitalization, I contacted a doc for serious headaches, he advised me to go to the hospital... Didn't say anything about paranoia... because I thought he could be somehow involved in the conspiracy I was thinking to be the subject of. Refused to take treatment from a doctor there because I thought he was maybe linked to the conspiracy too... Finally gave in a few months later, end of last summer.

Because this is what I experienced personally, I felt being gangstalked, at the heart of a giant conspiracy including the local bourgeoisie and family organizations, I kid you not. Typical paranoid experience.
