15, unironically. There's no reason for younger people to be kept out of the political process that affects them. We've already lowered it once from 21 to 18, it needs to be lowered again to adjust to modern times.
It would also help kids get involved in politics at an earlier age, too many kids already sit out elections, if you did this you could register them to vote in school and whatnot.
