South Korea is the country with the most aggressive testing right now, where people without ANY symptoms are testing themselves, and seeing as how it has a 2 week incubation period, the large amount of cases vs. low amount of actual symptoms even starting is more likely the reason for the lack of illnesses right now. wait another week and see if SK's numbers of critically ill/dead start to slowly climb up. If that happens, we know that's why they currently have a low rate of death/critically ill.

As far as I know, Germany doesn't have those kinds of protocols.

You're ignoring Japan, who had a spike in cases very early on but have been hovering between several hundred cases for weeks now and still very low deaths/serious cases.

It's because Italians do not wash their hands. I went for 6 weeks 2 years ago, all over the peninsula. They never wash their fuckin hands. Yeah this is literally the best site at the moment for it. I was using BNO originally for a long time but they're getting slow and their critical figures are nowhere near as up-to-date as worldometer. What I did like about BNO is they used to separate China cases from RoW. So you could easily see how many cases were in RoW.

But obviously you can still do that by just subtracting China cases from the total cases.
