I unironically think i had it a month or so ago, i was definitely sick and it wasn't quite like anything ive experienced, though im not used to more than a cold. i had really intense chills, cough with phlem, a bad headache, everything was sore, i felt very dazed and disoriented kind of, and for a while afterwards i felt very short of breath. first couple days were intense and i mostly just sat in bed and rested, but for like 5 days afterwards it started to feel more like a normal cold plus the breathing issues

This may be true. In israel we've people who got infected while visiting countries with less than 300 confirmed cases (Switzerland, Spain, Greece), it's mathematically almost impossible for 20+ israelis to get infected there. I think the numbers are at least 20 higher than reported/tested.
If that's the case then the virus is truly nothing to worry about.
I suspect I had it in San Diego. It was after they flew the wuflu into Miramar and the CDC fucked up the quarantine at whichever UC facility they took them to. I caught it from a UC urgent care waiting room. Worst flu I've ever had by far, chills that were more like seizures.

Weakness and lack of energy persisted for a month, body temp spiking to 37.5C, feeling achy and chilly. Chest xray was clean, bloodwork clean. Yes, 2 blood tests actually. Everything was perfectly normal, despite the 2 day fever and fatigue that last a little over a month. I did the test one month apart, one was during the fever, the other was a month later, along with a chest xray. Since my body temp was constantly around 37.5C they suspected walking pneumonia but all was clean.

Same with the other person I spoke to on Yas Forums and multiple of my friends who decided to have their blood checked for whatever odd reason.
