Politically, does there look like a path to reduce such blatant governmental surveillance of society? Also, how old is that tradition of baked beans with breakfast, anyhow? It doesn't seem older than about a hundred years, or less.
>Officials in Whitehall last week began describing a 100,000 figure as the "central estimate" of the potential death toll >A cabinet minister confirmed that the 100,000 figure was considered "about right" by the experts. Downing Street did not contest the total.
If these are the numbers they're willing to 'leak', holy fucking shit we're all going to fucking die aren't we?
She may be right, but her "opinions" are so lazy and are the result of zero reflection of genuine interest. She doesn't care about music at all and barely listens to it. I bought her an iPod a few years ago and my sister bought her an iPod dock. She says it's the best present she's ever had yet last time I checked the battery had been dead for ages. I fix it and next time I visit her she says "I'm still coming across songs I've never heard on there!" despite the fact there are like 400 songs tops on it. She's a decent person and stuff but just doesn't care about anything, no curiosity. Maybe that's just women in general but it's an absolute waste of time to tell her anything or explain anything because she'll just ask the same thing in like two weeks' time.

Agreed Music now days is mostly crap. Though to be fair most people can't remember the crap music of the 70's either soo..
What's the point? This country is fucked anyway. Just chill out at home and watch things fall apart from afar.
Eli Price
Modern music is awful. People who think otherwise only want to believe they like because it’s “new”. This is your mind on capitalist music.

Any british women want to marry me in exchange for a greencard? You have to transfer your assets to my name and make me good drunk food or ill get mad

Just watched joker cos the missus were banging on about it. What an absolute utter pile of fucking wank.

I watched a TV show years back of a brit fella renovating a narrowboat, it was comfy watching, thanks to you fuckers I'm searching for it and failing. Anyone know it?

>>Fishing FURY: Boris issued dire warning over Brexit gamble Don't worry about it. They will introduce environmental protection controls like Canada did and then sue any European boats that illegally fish. The EU can hardly argue with environmental protection can they after fawning all over Greta.
Christian Hill
Listen to your mother, user. Prog and Art Rock are the best music genres and we pioneered them.
>how old is that tradition of baked beans with breakfast, anyhow? There were baked beans hundreds of years ago (I think there's a Townsends video about it), but the tinned product isn't all that old obviously. The Victorians used to eat curry for breakfast, so fuck knows.
Oliver Flores
This will be a 1000 by mid next week if the US is anything to go by, and if we follow Italy we're looking at Civic Contingencies Act within a week or two.
But what do you even mean by "modern music"? Mainstream music has pretty much always been shit, just PR-driven nonsense forcefed to the sheeple. But there is a ton of great music around these days, just not being played on the radio (which is the only place incurious people hear music).
You can argue about whether the music was better in the 70s or the 80s, but it is very hard to argue that it is anything other than shit now. Music used to be a big part of the identity of the young, now it's just another product, and not a very important one.
Went to Boots today and got the surgical spirit and Aloe Vera to make my own. Not because I am panic buying but every fucker on earth has cleaned out every store near me for hand gel and my missus can't live without it. £20 to make a litre.

>She's a decent person and stuff but just doesn't care about anything, no curiosity. Is your mum an NPC?

Anyone remember The River with David Essex as a canal lock keeper?
If you haven't seen Taxi Driver or King of Comedy you might think it was OK, it's basically a Scorsese fanfic. Decent carpet-chewing performance from Joachim Phoenix though, and good to hear Gary Glitter again.

State of that fucking beard.

Aye I watched it not long ago myself, definitely overrated. I often enjoy character driven movies and Pheonix was obviously good in the role but it just felt empty generally. Also the whole "Army of Jokers" sideplot didn't even really feel necessary.
Taxi Driver is based AND redpilled
That bit was reddit as fuck, he should have killed the dwarf too. That was specific for modern onions slurping reddit audiences

>The Victorians used to eat curry for breakfast, Really?

>But there is a ton of great music around these days, just not being played on the radio Cope lad. It’s all trying too hard and often empty meaning behinds these songs. There is no sub-culture with thriving bands anymore because music in this low attention span culture of efficiency requires you to write songs fit for consumption.

Reminder you're fat, anglo and you see fat anglos everywhere.
Well I want to have a kid one day and have a safety net for them. If I don't make it, then I won't bring a kid into this shitty world. I'd like to raise kids that go against the grain it's the only project that interests me in the scheme of things.
As for myself, I'm content living with the basics.

I’m not the Aussie who use to post this for a few weeks. Just filling his shoes for now.
The govt spent £50m on Tamiflu for swine flu, and it all went out of date and had to be binned

Don't want to use that word about her, I mean she grew up poor and stuff. She rarely sends an email longer than 30 words and I feel bad when she does because she struggles with proper spelling and grammar, it makes me feel protective of her. I do find it frustrating how she resorts to housewife-tier phrases and passes it off as wisdom or the conclusion to a debate etc.

Apparently, saw it on a documentary once, and there's a curry recipe in Mrs Beaton
