I would listen to his podcasts irregularly. Go in a binge for a few weeks then get tired of him and stop for a while. Then come back a few months later.
He always had some good stuff once in a while. You could pick through it and find the gems.
I think he's less consistent now though, and frankly, he's kind of annoying to listen to after a while. He's got an ego, which is somewhat deserved, but it's still annoying to listen to after a while.
His documentaries have been great stuff though imo.
He gets a bad rap around here and the rest of the web, but it's not all unearned.
