Someone made a thread asking why Slavs accumulate muscle mass without lifting. I'd like to offer an explanation.
I came here from the UK 7 years ago and the first thing I noticed was how good the food was. I want to be clear about this though. Their "Kitchen" or "Quisine", which is just French for kitchen, isn't very good. Quite a lot of Polish food looks unappetizing, but it tastes incredible. The reason for this is the *quality* of the food.
Like I said when I got here it was the first thing I noticed how good the food was. Since then however the quality has decreased. Mostly this has taken place in what Americans I think call Cold Cuts. Here it's called Wendlina, in France Delicatessen and in the UK it's just Cooked meats. These are things like Hams, Roast Pork Joints, Kiebasa etc. The other food I found spectacular in comparison to the UK's was Bread. Even the cheap bread is nice but the more expensive stuff is just amazing, especially the bakery stuff in the mornings. It smells wonderful and tastes like it smells, with fresh butter, nomnom.
The point is they're diluting quality to increase profits. It's happening gradually but it's definitely happening. In the UK before I left specialist delicatessens had been opening. They provided all kinds of 'specialist' foods, not just hot & cold meats, and the charged an arm and a leg. The thing is, these 'specialist' foods were equivalent to what you could get here in Poland for reasonable everyday prices. They are fucking gouging us, reducing quality of food, keeping the prices the same. The food we used to get at good standards are now being punted to us as specialty foods at elevated prices.
This is why Slavs have healthy development, and why a lot of people in the West look diseased and unhealthy. We're nothing but cattle to them.
