Turns out that foreigners are rushing in to get Finnish egg cells for themselves. This is not free service for foreigners but they are willing to pay quite a lot if they cannot get pregnant themselves.
A Finnish egg cell would be used and fertilised with the foreign mans sperm. Then it is grown into a child in foreign womans womb. But in essence the developing child is 50% Finnish.
Several hundred foreigners are in the line for treatments. It costs several thousand euros.
