to fit these masks properly medical professionals have their masked head placed in a sealed bag which is filled with a low concentration of aspartame vapor, they then have to move their head in every direction, do reaches and then squats, if they taste sweetness at any point they fail the fitting test. there's also a proper way to take them off without being infected by the mask's contents which nobody besides medical professionals really knows and medical professionals frequently fail at and have to redo at the end of this fitting test anyway.
there's about a 0% chance you will correctly fit your own mask given that all first time scrubs fail the fitting test 3+ times, I have personally watched a nurse burst into tears after failing 5 times and being told she her employment is on hold without pay until she can be retested in 2 weeks.

Fit tests are pretty easy with respirators though. I have never had any issues. Most people pass the first time when using tight fitting respirators.

Medical masks do not filter air. Someone else's cough droplets will pass straight through them. Medical masks are supposed to be the equivalent of putting your hand in front of your face when you sneeze, since doctors can't use their hands. If you want to filter out virus containing moisture droplets you needs a N95 mask or a P100 respirator that are designed to filter out particulates.

the S10? yeah, though you'd need to clean it in between uses, typically the S10 is mostly intended for anti-chemical use and comes with a bottle of "fuller's earth", a clay powder that can destroy chemical agents on it's surface without any water but this would not work on viral particles. autoclaving would probably ruin it and I doubt you have an autoclave, probably what the army would do is simply irradiate the masks with hard gamma rays from a cobalt 60 source.
