Ones of the most comfy places to live in Nevada is Gardnerville, tapaz lake, and Carson city, nestled right up against the mountains, and is wonderful if your a fan of the nevada deserts. Virginia highlands are also pretty based.

What's specifically bad about it? I live near Tonapah and go to Vegas semi regularly for conventions. I've actually noticed it cleaned up quite a bit since say 2015. The biggest difference I've noticed is that the tourists are more heavily Mexican. And with that, more loud. Niggers here seem to all lack cars since they're the only people I ever see walking around. The biggest fear is that it's probably only 30% actual white but staying in the white area like Sumerlin and around Apache, West Tropicana, seems nice.

If you ignore the homeless problem, the city only gives a shit about the strip, drive 20 min away from it, which will probably only get you a few blocks because of traffic, and it turns into a shit hole. Worst part is everything is fake down there, its all about competeing with your neighbor of who has the bigger better thing. The city is fucking pozzed and liberal as fuck. There is a fuck ton of crime that no one really gives a shit about because as long as it stays away from the strip its fine and ignored. They also were the ones that pushed for the raiders stadium to be built which is going to/is one of the biggest burdons on the tax payers in nevada because EVERYONE has to pay for it, which a stadium is never good for an area.
LV is fine if you never leave the casinos or the strip, leave there its a fucking shit hole.
