This isn't a secret. They have federal guidelines for requirements that need to be met before a patient is tested. The entire country is under it. I'm an ER nurse in MS and knew about this shit weeks ago. It's due to
>1.) The first batch of tests was contaminated
>2.) Actual capacity for production remains low.
>3.) The US refused the WHO's help in acquiring tests (this is how China tests 60,000 a day) because some fucking suit in DC was bribed by a Pharma company enough to win a no-bid contract on making the tests, then selling them for $3,500 each (which they couldn't do if the WHO gave us tests for free.)
