Alright so Yas Forums previously I used to hate you guys and I did a ton of research to try to prove you wrong and how systematic racism was the problem for blacks in american and how they were still affected by the educational funding for more ethnic areas and such. Recently I was assaulted by a homeless known crackhead woman who was trying to steal from me she gave me a bloody nose and threatedn to slit my throat as I was leaving the scene trying not to get stabbed I was barraged by named of racist, cracker, and other curse words.
I have helped black people in general and been an ally. I have done so much. but I get disrespected by a group, assaulted, and then a nigger tries to hit on my girlfriend and when she says she has a boyfriend he takes it as a challenge. I'm tired of this shit. I'm so exhausted trying to defend apes who only think with the dicks and chimp out when a white person does anything that could even be remotely considered a wrong doing towards a black person.

On and on and on. It was quite traumatic for me.
Then I met a Baltimore Irishman, who was not afraid to explain to me the truth about that nigger who was assaulting cops so they threw him into a truck and he died. I did not know that he was assaulting cops. Then I began researching all of this stuff and found, to my shock, that the vile media had been lying to me.

In my experience, the easiest way to override or neutralize this conditioning in conversation is with two very simple ideas:
