50% of critical operations staff will switch to pure work from home. 50% will come into work but work under heavily isolated circumstances.

100% of non-critical staff will work from home. Most contractors on non-critical operations will take mandatory unpaid leave of absences (as is standard for this type of situation).

To attempt to further quell fears about Canadian banking, I can assure you we have massive redundancies in both operational staff and infrastructure.

It would take an unprecedented event beyond imagination to cause a widespread, lasting disruption to any of the big 5 banks retail or wholesale banking systems.
