Your pretty late to the party so any of the really useful shit for staying healthy will be gone. So put on your poorfag mindset. Garbage bags, get loads of em. You can use them to wear overtop of yourself and they will block large particle droplets at least. If you have any n95 filters/ p100 filters, make a hole and put them overtop of it. If not just leave a small space at the bottom of the bag for air to filter in. Duct tape, self explanatory literally useful in almost every situation. Soaps/ Bleach/ literally any cleaning product. If you cant find any latex gloves, get leather tight fitting gloves and duct tape them to your poorfag trash bag. As far as food and vitamins, get a little vitamin C, little vitamin D. Freeze some meat, get some carbs, get some canned veg, and other than that, buy what you like to eat, might as well get comfy bud.
Plan on boiling water, and consider a (I have a Pur) water filter with filters.

Take more if you're seriously ill. You will notice you have hit the upper limit once you get diarrhea. If your body is in a state where it needs the Vitamin C, you won't get diarrhea.
