Water gets lower than normal but havnt seen it run out anywhere.

I'm in Vancouver, WA. My Costco was out of toilet paper, paper towels and water. They also have someone at the entrance wiping down cart handles. We have infections close to us and they are talking about shutting down the elementary schools. I don't think people are panicking just wanting to be prepared.

I imagine it was ravaged quickly. I know places like Office Depot sell hand sanitizer. I will probably check that tomorrow.
