A lot of greeks here and on twitter ask why migrants dont storm the border of Bulgaria as well. As a bulgarian, disregard the flag, let me explain.
First of all, half of our border with Turkey is a mountainous region with dense forests. It would be suicide for migrants to go thru there. On the other half of the border we built a tall fence, which is not the main obstacle. On the other side our police and gendarmerie will catch them, beat them and steal their possesions. Then they will detain the migrants, who after that may never see Germany.
Secondly, our PM recently visited Sultan Erdo, reassured him about our support and our close partnership with Turkey. Honestly I think Borisov went to Turkey to pay our tax "peacefullness" so the demented sultan wont send us migrants. >bta.bg/en/c/DF/id/2160830

Most people live exactly on the Black Sea coast, while nearly no one lives in the mountains. There are couple of villages with max 20 people in them, the youngest of them around 65 years old. Even if migrants succeed crossing the border they will lose themselves and the only human contact would be a 80 yo granny or some rampant gypsies who illegally cut trees there.
