Fairly certain answer is yes. But seeing as the doctors have no chore and tell you to go home an "manage symptoms", my symptoms let up after the first3 days and since I'm a worthless shut-in for time being as detoxtaper from RCs & cheesy opioids ... it didn't really matter. yes but nothing extraordinary, just mild virosis. Wet nose, slight fever and light bronchitis, solved it by blowing my nose, using nose drops before sleep so my mouth doesn't feel like I was eating gravel and bisolex for coofing out shit out of bronchi

I have a relative I'm around frequently whose partner got sick in January for a week. They reported not having been that sick in a long while. But they recovered soon enough and neither I nor that relative ever caught anything.

I had a weird illness in January. Low grade fever, sensitive skin etc but definitely was not flu. Gave me bronchitis and goop in my lungs that was thicker than other times I’d been sick an was very hard to clear. Congestion hung around probably two weeks after the fever was gone

He's still only recovering from it and still has a slight cough, he was tested for coronavirus though, turns out it was influenza type A

I had what seemed like bronchitis for 2 months starting around Nov 20th. Had a hard time getting enough air in for the next 2 months. Finally ended up subsiding mid january. 2 girls at work got sick during that time, both with respiratory problems where 1 of them went to the ER because they were coughing up blood, the other was just normally sick. However, none of my family members got sick. So I'm not sure.

i rarely ever get sick. maybe once or twice a year at most. a few weeks ago i had to move to a different building at work, so i was in close proximity to 2 guys very often who were talking to me because of training. i knew i was going to get sick, because i rarely ever have people in my face practically spitting on me because of close talking.

after the second night of training i came home and told the wife i was going to get sick. that was a Friday. i had to call in work that Monday, which i never do. just not possible to work with the illness i got. slight fever, no energy, tons of mucus that would make me gag, very difficult to cough/hack the mucous from my lungs, did not feel like myself AT ALL, and lost about 10 - 12 pounds in as many days. eating was near impossible.
after recovering, it's still been very difficult to hack the mucus out of my lungs. it feel like im about to hack it out, but it comes out as a dry cough. still not sure what i caught. but it was very, very nasty

I get 1 cold every 12-18 months, and flu maybe once every 5-10 years. Since october i have had three colds, one of which lasted mid dec-mid jan, mild, but felt very tired. Odd for me. Feel great now though.

Me too. Throat ache (no lungs) with headache and belly aches but no fever, very strange.

Got the flu (or what seemed like the flu, at least) just before Christmas and I've had a cough ever since.

My dad and I got sick around Christmas, it was a strange dry cough that lasted about a week.

My cat got weirdly sick in December where he looked like he was going to have a seizure and fell over, but immediately recovered...vet said perfect health after testing and didn't know what could be wrong...

Ive "felt ill" for at least the last three years the difficulty is knowing what the fuck if anything is different. I have yet to find myself thinking that my symptoms match corona though. No fever no headaches.

On the other side of the equation I asked a friend if he had heard about everyone getting ill over winter at basically any workplace and hes instantly nodding, and ive heard that alot on here to, worldwide.

I just got back from the USA where I have been for three weeks, been back in UK about a week.
Went to Texas for work and spent a weekend in Vegas while there.
In my second week, just after Vegas, I came down with 'flu', the worst flu I have ever had.
Today is the first day that I have actually felt well, still a few sniffles but over it.
Given how many airports I was in and especially flying Singapore Airlines for the long haul, it could have been Corona but probably wasn't.
Seriously have had no illness like it though, felt like I was dying one night while alone in my hotel, couldn't speak when I tried and if I stood up the room would spin so I had to crawl to bathroom.
I think of the amount of people I could have passed it to unchecked if it did actually turn out to be Corona.

I'm a med device rep in the southeastern usa. I'm in Florida but we had a conference call with all the regional reps 2/6 were actively sick, 1/6 had recently gotten over being sick. Rep in Miami said the hospitals were full of sick, coofing people. Rep in Atlanta said the same thing.

I actually thought about this - I was sick for 2 to 3 weeks a few months ago around November. I went to the doctor and tested me for the flu and said I was negative. Got sick with the same thing again, went back again and had the same result. It went away after 3 weeks fully, but if China has been lying about the virus, then that begs the question of how long have they been lying about the virus? If the virus is so infectious and spreads like wildfire then it makes sense the virus would get to me before the news media did.

Had a bit of a cold in January, probably caught from my Dad who was in hospital. They had flu sweep through the ward, he was infected but had no symptoms as did most of the old timers. My kid is 7 so is always catching stuff from school. Might've had it, might not. Didn't last long whatever it was.

It is odd. Both my boomer parents came down with a horrible flu in late December that lasted into January. They were sick for about 3 weeks and both said it was the worst flu they'd ever had.

I had a very strange cold end of January. The fever came and went. I had body aches. No coughing/runny nose/sore throat. Others in my family had it too.

My wife, here in south west lower Michigan, went to the casino in gun lake. Said an old Chinese woman was coughing up a storm. She's been battling a bad chest cold last few weeks. Myself and my son haven't had any symptoms or cold/flu. Who knows man.

Live here in north Texas. I had one of the worst sickness I had ever experienced in my life early December. I remember before it started I felt a weird burning in my throat that almost felt like acid reflux that lasted a couple of days. I then had a very dry cough that lasted weeks and that was so intense it made me vomit at times. That dry cough turned into a more phlegm filled cough that made me spit out mucus every once in awhile. I was also very tired and out of breath most of the time. I only felt feverish about one day throughout that though.

Same, New Year’s Day for about a week. Took tons of vitamin C to flush it out. Maybe 8-10k mg a day.
