A major reason young people are so aimless and retarded these days is because they are being raised by careerist women who have gone through an "education" degree which trains them specifically to babysit children, not educate them. These women have never done real work in their lives, so they will not inspire the younger generation to do any work.
In contrast, what we could do is get older engineers, doctors, scientists etc to work as teachers when they retire, or are approaching retirement. These people could instill genuine inspiration in the next generation based on their lifetime of experience in modern fields and would be able to provide students with networks and key information if they show aptitude for a field. They know what people need to know, not what the government has decreed to be the safe educational content.
