I don't think there's really anything super obvious about it, though it being Rio would be very odd. The hair doesn't look particularly like Takizawa's nor does his face or demeanour in general. The colours also make it seem more like Rio, specifically the head. But I do now see that he has Taki's outfit with the neck thing. Not the big robes and hood though.
