You're not gonna make me watch it for the 4th time

The yellow line race was the best part of the film, but it's really enjoyable.
I wish we had a bit more backstory on some characters as they all seem really interesting.

It flopping was the greatest tragedy of the 2000s

I've watched the ending like 5 times, it's amazing.
In fact, gonna watch it again.

So what was "Cherry Boy Hunter" really supposed to have meant?
Y'know, apart from the /ss/.

How could any right thinking person consider Redline to be garbage? Why would you be such a contrarian?
Ryder Foster
When I first read all the "seven years hand drawn" memes on Yas Forums I typed that in Google search.
Imagine my surprise when almost all hits were about some epic maze some jap girl found in her father's attic. This was back in 2014's.

He's not a contraring. Nobody but reddit, niggers and ANN flock to Redline. It was a commercial flop in Japan, received virtually no critical accalaim, and had been forgetten less than 12 months after its release. It's a terrible flick, overrated by newfags and double digit IQ trailer park trash (e.g. you) cause they are incapable of telling looping frames, camera shaking and post processing effects apart from animated motion. It's time to drop the act and admit to yourself that disliking Redline is very much in line with the average individual's stance. Praising it on the other hand, now that's a contrarian's task to perform.

Fantastic movie loved by dumb people and intellectuals alike. Makes midwits and plotfags absolutely seethe and screech low IQ nonsense like "all style, no substance!" or "you have to turn your brain off to enjoy it!", which makes me like it even more.

if it's not moe japs want no part of it
Adrian Howard
>starts out with a full throttle race and eases into things
>all the racers get their own commercial/exposition
>sci-fi elements in tandem with relatively low-level race machinery
>builds up JP's desire to win with Frisby and the mafia sub-plot really well
>racing includes nitro, weaponry, and giant nuclear kaiju
>at the end of day, every racer loved to race and win, including Little Dezuya
What's not to love? More than anything else, I think it captured the spirit of an honest competition really well.
