Why is he so underapreciated?

Now that you put it that way. It was the last technical fight that used strategy, skill, and tools. Everything after that was just shooting beams at each other and DBZ punching.

Retard Sasuke vs Deidra is the most tactical fight in the series and it came 100 episodes after this. Naruto never went dbz.

Sasuke vs Deidara was not a good fight. In fact, I would go as far as to say all of Sasuke's fights after the timeskip were not good fights.

Naruto had so much underused characters. Rock Lee should have been a main character fuck Kishimoto.
