Quarantine around the world, even in the land of the rising sun. It's ya boy, the original WSJD user with higher res World motherfucking Trigger. WT recently ended a massive arc that puts it on the precipice of wild new developments so hey, let's read this shit.
World Trigger is a fucking fantastic manga that strongly focuses on believable/realistic characters spread throughout a humongous cast. It has some of the best/most insane battle choreography out there, as well as fighting that emphasizes the need for teamwork and battlefield understanding. It's one of the few shounen battle manga that sincerely stands above the rest with slam dunk chapters month after month (and once upon a time: week after week). I, and many others who have taken the WT pill, adore it.
But the first and second volume are mainly best in retrospect; they're a bit tough for most to get through. I think I'm going to try to reach at least chapter 20 today before stopping since I'd like to pace things out. Anyway, come along for the ride- because it IS a ride.
