Hori already set them up for defeat, it's over user. The Villains had a 100% winning chance with a surprise attack with all High-Ends and villains cloned by Twice attacking out of nowhere, like that one flashforward Hawks' had. But that future dissappeared already since the villains got ganked with their pants down.
At most Shigaraki will kill a few, but by the end of this arc the heroes will turn the tides and... the manga ends? That can't be. So the villains must win and break Tartarus, and send us into a timeskip
