Anons, what's it like to read a WSJ manga from chapter 1, watch it survive a few dozen issues, get 100K volume popular, get an anime, then turn into a big hit? Is it worth seeing several other manga you like at least a bit get axed?

I hope the manga goes deep in information about human anatomy as power level. Until i read it, i can't say it'll be trash or not.

It feels pretty good, especially when the stuff that gets axed in its stead are series you don't read or care about.
Thing is I only started caring about axebait around 2016, aside from some odds and ends that managed to get scanlated like Stealth Symphony.

I feel the same way. Also her hair is kind of cool looking, looks like wood shavings like pic related somehow. And I don't really mind MC's design, but his eyelashes are sort of tacky looking.
But yeah otherwise this is looking pretty dull already.

To be real, i wait until 8 chapters to see if i read it or not. I don't want to be heavily invested in a manga to later find out Japan doesn't like it and in the end, getting cancelled.
